Tanti Popoli, Una Terra (Many People, One Planet)

The World Food Programme's objective is to eradicate hunger worldwide. It is the largest international food aid organization in the world benefiting over 50 million people in more than 90 countries.

Produced in association with the World Food Programme and in conjunction with the Italian Ministry of Education, Tanti Popoli, Una Terra is an educational resource programme aimed at 11 to 14 year old Italian students.

Supplied in a polypropylene presentation case, the Programme contains 40 A4 full colour, durable, laminated Data Cards, a video and a teacher's manual. The material has been designed by senior Italian teachers to complement the curriculum, educate young people about the United Nations and the World Food Programme, and encourage students to reflect on their environment and the world in which they live. The video follows a day in the life of a 14 year old African girl and focuses on the work of the WFP around the world.
