MONDAY ON EARTH – OVERVIEW

Monday on Earth is an interactive web based portal dedicated to the provision of information, articles, video, pictures, events and debates on each of the UN Millennium Development Goals.
Organisations and individuals alike have a duty of care, both to the environment we live in and the life forms that inhabit it. The United Nations Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) provide a broad overview of the sustainability challenges facing our planet. Our progress as a species can be measured in relation to our advancement toward the achievement of these goals, and whilst there is much still to do, significant steps have been taken through the actions of governments, corporates, individuals and civil society, with considerable learning to share as well as priorities to debate.
The internet provides us with the opportunity to access all sorts of information at the touch of button and enables conscious and interested individuals to source an abundance of content on the range of sustainability topics. However the quantity of both information and misinformation available online grows exponentially on a daily basis.
